(1) These terms and conditions (Conditions) regulate the relationship between Iavor Venchev, website owner http://iavor-venchev.com, online gallery representing Iavor Venchev (the Site), and users of the website and the services offered by this site. (2) The site has specialized expertise - sales and services related to the sale of works of art - paintings, icons, sculptures, paintings, prints and other items through the Internet on behalf of individual consumers. Art. 2. For the purposes of these Conditions: 1. "Product / Products" are offered through the Site artwork. 2. "Order" is the request to purchase the selected item / items under the terms of the Site on the method of delivery and payment by the consumer; 3. "Services" means all activities carried out by the supplier in connection with the marketing, sale and delivery of goods from the Site. PARTIES Art. 3.Participants under these conditions are: 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS Art. 5. (1) By ticking the box "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" and pressing "Continue", consumer electronic statement within the meaning of the Law on Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, which declares that it is aware of these Terms, accept them and oblige to comply with them. (2) The supplier immediately confirm receipt of the statement under par. 1, sends a message to an e-mail to the User that contains data communications with the supplier . Changes in conditions Art. 6. (1) These Terms may be changed unilaterally by the supplier . (2) In case of changes in conditions, the supplier shall notify the user by placing a prominent position on the reference site (link) to the amended Terms. (3) Changes in the Terms do not affect the relationship between User and Provider arising in connection with validly submitted prior notification under par. 2 individual purchase order per item. Catalog of articles, prices Art. 7. (1) The individual articles are available in the form of tender currently accepted ordered by site classification. (2) Tenders containing basic information about the product, stating the price. The tenders are accompanied by photographs. (3) The indicated price of individual items is for one piece. It includes the cost of items include VAT and does not include that amount in the cost of shipping and insurance value. (4) Additional conditions of contract and delivery of the individual items are indicated on the Site. REQUEST FOR PURCHASE AND DELIVERY Art. 8. (1) An application for the purchase and delivery of the item / items is done by methods specified on the site. (2) The User agrees to provide accurate information about the person that will receive the items and place of delivery. If after received application the Provider found that ordered item is no longer available or other objective reason can not be delivered, he might offer as soon as possible after receipt of the application, product or manufacture of an item of equivalent quality and price TERMS OF DELIVERY Art.10 (1) The delivery of the ordered item / items is done by courier service under the terms and conditions set out in the section "Conditions of delivery" of the site. (1) Claims in the cases. 10 § 1-4 only be done at the time of delivery. (2) In the cases under Art. 10 § 1-4 User has no right to refuse to pay and ordered him item. If the consumer exercises his right under Art. 55, para. 1 of the CPA under the conditions and in the cases to which this paragraph applies. Art. 14. Returns in the cases. 13 is accepted in writing as follows: 1. in points 1 and 2: within 24 hours of receipt of the item; 2. in point 3: within 7 working days of receipt of the item provided that it is returned in the form in which it was received, without being used, impaired presentation and all other conditions set in Art. 55 of the CPA. Exceptions to this rule are explicitly stipulated in the CPA. The costs of returning the item are borne by the User. Article 15. Failure of the condition in item 2 of the preceding Article Provider reserves the right not to accept the returned item, thus not re-paid by the consumer for the price. Art. 16. (1) When a valid exercise their rights under Art. 55, para. 1 of the CPA Contractor shall reimburse the full amount paid by the consumer purchase price for items not later than 30 days from the date on which the consumer has exercised that right. (2) The user must keep the item received by the Contractor, its quality and safety during the period in the preceding paragraph. PAYMENT Art. 17. Payment of ordered items takes place in a manner chosen by the user according to the terms and conditions set out in the section "Payment" of the Site and applicable to the specific item. Art. 18. Contractor shall not disclose personal information to the consumer and does not provide the information collected to third parties - government bodies, companies, individuals and others, unless: 1. has obtained the express consent of the User; 2. information is required by government bodies or officials, according to current legislation, to require and collect such information in compliance with statutory procedures; 3. in other cases specified in the Law. RESTRICTIONS Article 21 (1) The customer is entitled to freely use the resources of the site with the restrictions described in these Terms. (2) User may not copy, distribute or use text, images or parts of the Site without the express permission of the Provider. (3) User may not attempt to overload the site with fake requests or other information. If this happens, by the hosting company will be shut down access to the Site. (4) The user is not authorized to perform malicious actions, spread viruses and other damaging or violating the rights or interests of third parties.
